Small - for women's shoe size 4 to 8 and those with narrow feet.
Medium - for women's shoe size 8.5 - 11 and men's 5 -10.5. Large
For men's shoe size 11 and up, or for those with very wide feet. If your shoe size falls between two different toe stretchers sizes and you are a beginner, it's probably better to select the smaller size toe stretchers. Most people with a narrow or medium width foot will require Small or Medium toe trainers.
How to wear Toe Stretchers: Spread your toes. Place each toe into toe stretchers. Push it firmly to the base of your toes. Remove toe stretchers, if you experience pain. Massage your toes thoroughly and try again. Cautions Do not force yourself when you feel sick or pain wearing it. Wear toe support on both feet for proper body balancing. Do not wear too long, especially in the beginning stage, before you get used to it. Select the right size yoga toes for best results. Be cautious when walking wearing toe stretching and strengthening premium on a floor which may be slippery. Do not use toe stretchers for other purposes other than toe stretching. Keep it clean with regular washing. Do not use hot water when washing. Keep away from fire.
