Congratulations on your decision of taking the first step to better health. We will guide you through each step of our 4 step process of becoming a new patient.

We strive to make your visit to our office a comfortable experience. Our receptionist, Megan, will welcome you, and ask you to complete our required forms (you may also complete these forms at home by clicking on the "Intake forms" tab below, printing them out, and bringing them completed to your first visit). These forms will give us important information about you and your condition. Dr. Crystal will then spend time with you taking a history. She will ask specific questions about your condition and health history to help her understand your condition and determine if chiropractic is the right treatment for you.
After discussing your condition, Dr. Crystal will give you a thorough chiropractic examination. The examination with include taking your vitals, testing your ability to turn and bend, checking your reflexes and strength, observing your posture, and performing neurological and orthopedic examinations. This important information will allow Dr. Crystal to have a better understanding of your condition. If medically necessary, Dr. Crystal may take X-rays or refer you for other certain testing.
After all the information including forms, history, examination, and x-rays (if needed) are complete, Dr. Crystal will then discuss a treatment plan with you that is taylored to your specific condition. She strives to help you understand what the problem is and what can be done to treat it. Dr. Crystal also considers your input in her decision making because she finds that having a teamwork approach helps increase the patient's success. She also wants you to be comfortable knowing what your condition is and what to expect from the treatment. However, if chiropractic care is not the answer, Dr. Crystal can help refer you to another doctor or specialist.
Most patients will get some relief from the very first adjustment! Chiropractic adjustments are gentle enough for kids yet will restore movement and function for the athlete and senior. Our office participates in many different insurance programs; we also work with auto insurance and workers compensation cases. We can help you directly with insurance forms. For patients with no insurance coverage a flexible payment plan can be approved.
